Despite what is going on, believe me I have not forgotten, today here in Maine it's wonderful. The sun has finally shown itself here blessing the land with it's shine. I haven't stopped praying and I am really scared. What if the Immigration Law goes in effect in the other southern states as well? What if this spill is going to be so large that it's going to take over the whole sea? What about women in trouble over seas? Will they get help? So many questions and I am here worrying. But I can't help it, it's so aggravating that I can't actively help out.
I feel terrible about the spill in our Gulf Coast off of Mexico. I don't live in Florida so I can't really do my part. I just have to sit here and weave spells. I am so upset at BP and the Obama administration. I am so upset that Mama Ocean has to take this low blow from our oil corporations. How sad. How much more can our Mother Earth take from us?
How many years until we can't enjoy another beautiful day? What about our children or our children's children?
I am going to get into more activist magic. Today seems the best day, I hope..*gulp*
It's raining today so I thought that I would do a Water Blessing. I wanted to help out with the oil spill in the Gulf Coast as much as I can. I also wanted to help out Quebec.
Personally I think doing activist magic is acceptable especially when one Feminist Witch doesn't have the resources to really get her hands dirty.

No more extreme wild forrest fires on our Mother Earth and no more oil spills in our Mother Ocean!

I vote we go to the Gulf of Mexico (from PamWiccan via PS.net) and clean up this mess once and for all! CAP THAT BAD BOY! (chant).
